Where do the numbers come from?
Published ASME B16.9, B16.5 and B36.10 tables, plus plain trigonometry. Every result comes with its diagram.

Does it replace the spec or the drawing?
No. It is a field calculator. The isometric, the spec and your foreman come first.

• More apps from us in Settings. 1.4.0 2h ago The rating prompt was counting a result card every time it scrolled back into view. iOS only lets an app ask three times per user per year, so that quota was being spent on somebody who had scrolled up and down, not on somebody who had actually finished three calculations. A card now counts once. 1.3.0 Sep 15 Language pass with a fitter's eye. Every trade word was checked in all 33 languages, and a lot of it was wrong: "takeout" was reading as takeaway food, "header" as a document header, "spool" as a reel of thread, "miter" as a bishop's mitre, "elbow" as the joint in your arm. All corrected to the words the trade actually uses.

The home screen and the Offset calculator are now in your language too: set, roll, travel, takeout and cut length were still showing in English.

Data fix: the B16.9 takeouts for 3/4" butt-weld fittings. The 90 LR elbow is 1-1/8" centre-to-face, not 1-1/2"; the 45 is 7/16". Cut lengths on 3/4" were coming out short.
